瓦斯發(fā)電是利用瓦斯發(fā)電機(jī)組爆炸做功,當(dāng)然要使瓦斯在內(nèi)燃機(jī)中保障,要具備一定的濃度范圍,我們把在空氣中瓦斯遇火后能引起爆炸的濃度范圍稱為瓦斯爆炸界限。瓦斯爆炸界限為5%~16%。

瓦斯爆炸界限并不是固定不變的,它還受溫度、壓力以及煤塵、其它可燃性氣體、惰性氣體的混入等因素的影響。

瓦斯?jié)舛冗_(dá)到多少可以發(fā)電?一般來說,瓦斯?jié)舛戎灰坏陀?%即可發(fā)電。因為一般來說,瓦斯的引火溫度為650℃~750℃,當(dāng)瓦斯?jié)舛仍?%一8%時,最易引燃;當(dāng)混合氣體的壓力增高時,引燃溫度即降低;在引火溫度相同時,火源面積越大、點火時間越長,越易引燃瓦斯。
How much gas concentration can generate electricity? Generally speaking, as long as the gas concentration is not less than 7%, electricity can be generated. Generally speaking, the ignition temperature of gas is between 650 ℃ and 750 ℃. When the gas concentration is between 7% and 8%, it is most likely to ignite; When the pressure of the mixed gas increases, the ignition temperature decreases; When the ignition temperature is the same, the larger the area of the fire source and the longer the ignition time, the easier it is to ignite the gas.
高溫火源的存在,是引起瓦斯爆炸的必要條件之一。井下抽煙、電氣火花、違章放炮、煤炭自燃、明火作業(yè)等都易引起瓦斯爆炸。所以,在有瓦斯的礦井中作業(yè),必須嚴(yán)格遵照《煤礦安全規(guī)程》的有關(guān)規(guī)定。

Smoking underground, electrical sparks, illegal blasting, coal spontaneous combustion, and open flame operations can all easily cause gas explosions.
