計算機控制模塊：主要通過傳感器來計算系統(tǒng)運行狀態(tài)。并且按照項目要求設(shè)計目標(biāo)狀態(tài)。根據(jù)目標(biāo)狀態(tài)比對系統(tǒng)運行狀態(tài)，發(fā)出調(diào)節(jié)指令。為保證控制系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定、準(zhǔn)確，建議的控制系統(tǒng)采用雙閉環(huán)控制。

報警器保護(hù)模塊：主要功能是能在系統(tǒng)遇到危險狀態(tài)時發(fā)出報警提示，嚴(yán)重者自動關(guān)閉部分設(shè)備或使整個系統(tǒng)停機，以保護(hù)系統(tǒng)免受更大傷害。本系統(tǒng)有高水溫、低油壓、超速、氣缸爆震、煤氣泄漏等自動停車危險狀態(tài)。
