對于很多養(yǎng)豬場來說,糞便的處理是必須要考慮的問題,對于中大型養(yǎng)豬場,沼氣發(fā)電+肥料的方式無疑會使養(yǎng)豬場的經(jīng)濟價值最大化。但讓很多養(yǎng)豬場老板頭疼的是:該選擇多大功率的沼氣發(fā)電機組來發(fā)電獲利呢?

以2000頭規(guī)模的養(yǎng)豬場為例,2000頭豬每天產(chǎn)生的的糞便大約有6噸,進行發(fā)酵可生產(chǎn)350-400立方的沼氣(甲烷含量大于60%),這樣的氣量可使用60千瓦-100千瓦的沼氣發(fā)電機組。
Taking a pig farm with a scale of 2000 pigs as an example, the daily amount of manure produced by 2000 pigs is about 6 tons. Fermentation can produce 350-400 cubic meters of biogas (methane content greater than 60%), which can be used to generate 60-100 kW biogas generators.

在進行沼氣發(fā)電時一般要求沼氣量充足,沼氣壓力基本穩(wěn)定,但沼氣池生產(chǎn)沼氣的過程比較緩慢,不可能按用氣量變化而變化,為解決供需之間的矛盾, 一般要設(shè)置沼氣貯存設(shè)備,也就是說要建設(shè)沼氣貯氣柜。

However, the process of producing biogas in biogas digesters is relatively slow and cannot change according to changes in gas consumption. To solve the contradiction between supply and demand, biogas storage equipment, that is, biogas storage tanks, should be installed.
沼氣在通入沼氣發(fā)電機之前,必須進行凈化,使沼氣的質(zhì)量達到發(fā)電參數(shù)要求。因沼氣從沼氣池逸出時,攜帶大量的水分,發(fā)酵溫度越高則生產(chǎn)沼氣的含水量也越高,沼氣中水分對發(fā)電機組有影響,嚴重時有可能引起爆缸爆震,縮短發(fā)電機組壽命,同時由于水蒸氣的存在,還降低了沼氣的熱值,也讓發(fā)電效率不高。而水蒸氣與沼氣中的硫化氫共同作用,形成高強腐蝕的硫酸,對發(fā)電機缸體等金屬零部件有較強腐蝕性,將嚴重損害發(fā)動機缸體的使用壽命,同時還會造成大氣污染,影響人體健康。因此,必須對沼氣中的冷凝水及硫化氫進行脫除。

When biogas escapes from the biogas digester, it carries a large amount of water. The higher the fermentation temperature, the higher the moisture content of the produced biogas. The moisture in biogas has an impact on the generator set, and in severe cases, it may cause cylinder explosion and shorten the life of the generator set. At the same time, the presence of water vapor also reduces the calorific value of biogas, resulting in low power generation efficiency. The combined action of water vapor and hydrogen sulfide in biogas forms highly corrosive sulfuric acid, which has strong corrosiveness to metal components such as generator cylinder blocks. It will seriously damage the service life of engine cylinder blocks and also cause air pollution, affecting human health. Therefore, it is necessary to remove condensed water and hydrogen sulfide from biogas.
